We want you to LOVE your glass eyes!

If you receive your order and are unhappy in any way, please do not hesitate to contact us for a refund or a replacement.

Same goes for items lost in the mail. Even though it's not technically our fault when the post office misplaces a package, we always take full responsibility.

We will do everything we can to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible and make sure you are 100% satisfied with it.

If your order is damaged during shipment or lost in the mail we will refund or replace it at no additional cost to you. If you change your mind or accidentally ordered the wrong size / item, we will refund the cost of the item, but you will pay for the return shipping to send the items back to us.

Please contact us within 14 days of having received your order to discuss any returns for a refund, or exchanges of glass eyes designs.

Taxes and Customs

If you are outside the U.S. and your country charges an additional tax or customs duty, we're sorry, but it's your legal responsibility to pay it and there's nothing we can do about it.

If you're outside the US and you're not sure what the dollar limits are before you get charged customs for an international order, we recommend double-checking before completing the checkout process to make sure it's an amount you will be willing to pay in order to receive your package.
