Interested in having us design something especially for you? We are happy to offer custom design services to help you get the right eye designs for your project. Whether modifying one of our existing designs, adding additional options, or creating something brand new: we are here to assist you with your creative request.
Custom designs are available on a first-come, first serve basis and include a $15 design charge + $5 per requested change after the first 2 changes. Custom designs typically take 5-10 business days for your first digital proof, and an additional 3-5 days per requested change following that.

Q: How long does it take to get my custom item?
A: Custom designs typically take 5-15 business days. Please allow time for this in your project planning if requesting a custom design.
Q: Do you offer special sizes?
A: We offer some special sizes by request based on supply availability and the quantity requested.
Q: What does it cost for a custom order?
A: Custom designs have a $15 design charge per unique design and which includes up to 2 modifications based on the digital proof you will receive of your custom design. Additional revisions beyond this are $5 each.
Q: How does payment work for custom designs?
A: The design fee payment must be collected before we begin designing your order. If you know the size and quantify of your request, then we will invoice you for the full order at once. If you need to see the proof before committing to the order, then you will first be charge the design fee and then the order seperately after approval.
Q: Can I return my custom items for a refund?
A: No. Custom items are not eligible for our 30-day return window or a refund. If you believe you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us for further clarification.
