Meet NEIGHdlepoint, the Needlepoint Horse

Mike C. of Lexington, Kentucky, introduced me to NEIGHdlepoint, the needlepoint horse. NEIGHdlepoint is a life-size fiberglass horse covered in yards of vintage and newly stitched needlepoint. This project is a part of Horsemania 2022, a large public display of horse art sponsored by LexArts, greater Lexington's premier cultural development, advocacy and fund raising organization committed to the arts. Story Critter Caricature Sculptures for the Grandchildren

Morris C. of Oro Valley AZ, write stories for his grandchildren. To illustrate the characters within the stories, he creates caricature sculptures for the critters within them. "I sculpt each one of the critters and plants from clay and then paint them," Morris explains, "Then, I put them in a setting to match the story and take a photo that is then inserted in the story."
